How much does a Garden Room cost???

With every project being unique and with a range of variables that will influence the price – from access, to foundation type to glazing and cladding options…we don’t have a fixed price list for our Garden rooms yet.

However as a guide, work on £1400 per square meter. That is to say, a 5 meter by 2.5 meter studio (12.5 square meters) with reinforced concrete base, treated 2×4 timber frame, full insulation, cedar cladding to 2 sides, box profile steel sheet cladding to 2 sides, a box profile sheet steel roof, plasterboard and dry lined interior, consumer unit, dimplex heater, 6 plug sockets, interior led lighting, external spotlights, a quality laminate floor, double glazed UPVC window and sliding door would be in the region of £17,500. We are not currently VAT registered so there is no VAT to pay on the price.
