Most of our designs fall under permitted development rights, meaning planning permission is not usually required. However, we recommend checking with your local authority for specific regulations.

Absolutely. All our saunas and garden studios are bespoke and tailored to your preferences, ensuring a perfect fit for your space and lifestyle.
5. What maintenance is required for a sauna or garden studio?
Our products are designed for durability and minimal upkeep. For saunas, we recommend regular cleaning and occasional wood treatment. Studios may require basic exterior maintenance depending on materials and exposure.
6. Do you offer warranties on your products?
Yes — I offer a 5 year no-quibble warranty on my workmanship. If anything goes wrong because of how I built it, I’ll come back and put it right at my own expense. Individual components like cladding, roofing and electrics carry their own manufacturer warranties too.
7. Can I see examples of your work or speak to past clients?
I don’t have a showroom, but you can browse plenty of real project photos on this site, and I’m always happy to put you in touch with past clients for an honest reference.
8. What are the payment terms?
Typically 50% to confirm your start date, with the remaining balance due within 7 days of completion, once you’re happy with the finished project. Get in touch and I can talk you through it for your specific project.
